Most website builders hand you an empty canvas and wish you luck. Studio starts with your trade already filled in, so you’re editing real words instead of staring at empty boxes.

Tell it what you do

Pick your trade and it fills in the usual services, a headline and the accreditations people expect to see. Not a building trade? Choose “Something else”, tell it what you do, and it builds around that — dog walkers, mobile hairdressers, tutors and groomers all work fine.

Make it yours

Your name, your towns, your prices, your reviews, your logo and photos. Delete the jobs you don’t take on and edit the rest. Everything you type updates on the screen next to you straight away, so you always know exactly what you’re getting.

Tell us when you’re happy

Build the whole thing and sleep on it if you like — it costs nothing until you say go. When you’re ready, we set up your web address and put it live for you, usually the same working day. That’s when the £19 a month starts, and not before.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Do I need any design or computer skills?
No. There’s no drag-and-drop and nothing to lay out, so there’s nothing to get wrong. You answer questions in a form and the site is built for you. If you can fill in a form on your phone, you can do this.
What does it cost, and when do I start paying?
Building your site is completely free. You only pay £19 a month once you tell us to put it live on your own web address. No setup fee, and you don’t need a card to start.
Is my domain and hosting included?
Yes. The £19 a month covers your site on your own domain, plus hosting, SSL security and backups. There’s nothing else to buy or renew separately.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. Studio has no minimum term — you can cancel with 30 days’ notice at any point. (The done-for-you plans are different: those have a 12-month minimum because we do the building.)
I’m not a building trade. Can I still use it?
Yes. Choose “Something else” on the first step, tell it what you do, and it builds around that. Dog walkers, mobile hairdressers, window cleaners, tutors and groomers all work fine.
Can I change things after it’s live?
Yes. Email or WhatsApp us what you want changed and we’ll do it. You’re not left on your own once the site is up — that’s the bit most cheap builders miss.
How long does it take to go live?
Most people build their site in about 20 minutes. Once you’re happy and have told us to go ahead, we get it live on your domain, usually the same working day.
What if I start it and get stuck?
Your progress saves automatically, so you can close it and come back later. If you’re properly stuck, message us and we’ll either talk you through it or finish it off for you.
